The original, not a copy, I-171H you received from the USCIS
when your I-600A was approved. |
2. A completed and notarized I-864 and I-864A if applicable.
This is the financial information document
sent to you by USCIS. This is required if only one parent of a couple travels. You must have backup information for
this form consisting of your last years W-2 forms,
your last years 1040 forms (including all schedules),
and a letter from your employer stating where you are employed,
how much you make and that your employment will continue
(this must be on employer letterhead). The required tax
forms may be photocopies and there must be a notarized sheet attached where you certify that this is a true and exact copy of your tax return as filed with the IRS. The sponsor on these forms must
be the person traveling if only one parent is traveling.

You must also complete and notarize the I-864A
if the spouse designated as the sponsor on the I-864 does
not have an income sufficient to meet the Federal guidelines. |

7. A power of attorney if only one parent is traveling.
This will be provided by IAAP. You must have two notarized originals with one of these must be authenticated through the Vietnam Embassy.
