Remember, if only one parent traveld you must submit N600 form to the United Staes Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) to obtain citizenship for your child. You can easily obtain
this form by calling 1-800-870-3676 or go to http://uscis.gov . If only one parent has made the trip to China or Vietnam, you are required to

readopt the child before USCIS will consider citizenship.
We recommend readoption even if both parents travel to the country.
